Brown fused corundum is made of high-quality bauxite, anthracite, and iron, smelted in an arc at a high temperature of more than 2000 degrees, crushed and shaped by an automatic grinder, deferrized by magnetic separation, and sieved into various particle sizes. Its texture is dense and hard. High, the particles form a spherical shape, suitable for manufacturing ceramics, resin high-consolidation abrasives, as well as grinding, polishing, sand blasting, precision casting, etc., and can also be used to manufacture advanced refractory materials.
It has the characteristics of high purity, good crystallization, strong fluidity, low linear expansion coefficient and corrosion resistance. It has been verified by dozens of refractory production enterprises that this product has the characteristics of non-explosive, non-pulverizing and non-cracking in the application process. In particular, its cost performance is much higher than that of traditional, which makes it an aggregate and filler of brown corundum refractories.
