White fused alumina short for WFA, also named as white fused aluminum oxide, white aluminum oxide, white corundum, HS Code 28181090, CAS No. 1344-28-1, is a kind of high-grade refractory and abrasives, was made from the high quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al2O3. White fused alumina can be divided into white fused alumina grit,grain,sand,lump and powder according to its shape of finished products.
